#ChemTwitter hive mind. Can CuAAC be done on cell lysates while preserving a disulfide? The bond in question isn’t a protein disulfide, but links a Smol ligand to a protein. I guess TCEP isn’t a good reductant. Ascorbate? Asking when SPAAC and other Click methods aren’t possible.
