Kitchen experiment yesterday. I had a smallish chunk of corned beef. Covered it in cracked pepper and pickling spice and into the Crock Pot for a few hours. Sort of kind of almost Pastrami! Made into a Pastrami Hash for breakfast. Sometimes the cook doesn't suck.
