It would be helpful to understand what you're experiencing - frequency of logouts, patterns you've observed etc. Have you raised it with our customer support team? Having a service that costs anywhere from £199 to £499 a year, and being told, we’re working to fix it, isn’t really acceptable. Ever since the website updated to make the form limited and the rest subscribers only, it hasn’t worked, it constantly logs you out, it’s a poor service and really you should be offering reductions on subscriptions as it is not functional currently.

Logged onto Racing Post website. Go to look at a horse's form. Locked and asking me to log on. How has @ThomasKerrRP not dealt with this shambles yet?

@CorneliusRacing @brodders_be Hi Ian, Cornelius. I'm sorry you're experiencing these access issues. This isn't the service our subscribers deserve and we're working to resolve the login problems affecting multiple users. There's a fix being worked on today that I hope will improve matters.

@DizzyJB I think it was a reprieve in the sense that the threatened increase to GBD would have been catastrophic for the sport (and would have hurt the sport much more than the betting industry). But I agree it is not in any way a welcome outcome.

Good piece by @ThomasKerrRP rightly highlighting the damage that the gambling tax hikes will still inflict on the sport. This was not a reprieve for racing, far from it. Any suggestion of that (including on today’s RP front page) is misleading.
