WHAT!? 😂 I rip only a few hobby boxes every year, and Heritage is always one of them. Mine just came from @Topps and I’m so puzzled. It was in the shrink wrap and everything, but when I opened the box, this is what I found. Every single pack is open, cut with a scissors. WTF?
