Got a Topps Chrome box that had all the cards creased, no damage to the box, and Topps said they’re above a psa-7 so they won’t replace them @Topps @ToppsSupport @CardPurchaser how does this make sense. There’s a thick crease through all the cards making all of them worthless

From excitement to sadness in less than 10 seconds. Opened my first 2025 Topps Chrome Football blaster and pulled the Cooper Kupp true black /10 and then saw the scratches and print lines on the front of the card. Only card in the box that had damage. @CardPurchaser @Topps

@Topps Please help. Purchased from @Fanatics, almost half the box was damaged. Roller marks on almost everything, and torn backs. No hit to be seen, I feel sick that I wasted my money in this.

Filed a defect submission with @topps...pretty disappointed with the quality control. A dream pull of mine and it has a massive straight line scratch/cut through the center of the card... Just hoping they make this right @CardPurchaser

WHAT!? 😂 I rip only a few hobby boxes every year, and Heritage is always one of them. Mine just came from @Topps and I’m so puzzled. It was in the shrink wrap and everything, but when I opened the box, this is what I found. Every single pack is open, cut with a scissors. WTF?
