@impuuuu Hope you're helping my boy Alistair. Also, was a huge fan of every race having its own starting area (something you don't see in games of this scope too often). I have fond memories of the dwarf starting area. Ended up playing through all of the starting areas after finishing it.

has anyone played dragon age origins? after playing bg3 i was itching for a similar game and saw recs for it and was skeptical with it being an older game. some of the best/funniest writing, immersive/real characters, and adventure story i’ve seen in a game 🥺

But the real standout for me is in I Have Lost My Appetite for Spring. The mileage they get out of the word "gliding," building for one huge moment and developing the music around it was fucking phenomenal, spectacular, and my favorite single moment in music this year. 9.6/10.

Starbreather was an exceptional single that I couldn't stop listening to. Telos was a softness (almost R&B-like) that I didn't see coming right after it. Collapsing Eden reminds me of the best of The Contortionist. A Dance in the Leaves builds off of those Contortionist vibes. --

@abvblw_ have my clear AOTY frontrunner so far. Builds a little slowly, and I think I would've gone for a bigger more-focused moment to close the album out on, but otherwise the most musically complete album I've heard in a few years. Tracks 6, 7, 10, 12, 13 are all standout. --

Follow up from yesterdays post about unlocks changing in 16.6. The first batch of changes will be heading to PBE either later today or tomorrow, but wanted to give everyone the first glimpse of what we are changing. Attached is the full list of every planned unlock change. If it's not listed, assume it is not changing. Next, let's talk about follow up changes. We know we can't just make these changes and call it a day, and they will have impacting effects on balance. The balance changes won't be on PBE quite yet (team is working on it), but some stuff you can expect include: -Shadow Isles scaling adjusted so the champs are better base units and not as reliant on souls -Ixtal nerfs to compensate for easier access to their 4 costs -Veigar and 8 Yordle nerfs -Prismatic quest augments reworked or disabled -General balance for all the champs based on their accessibility -and more! I'll also note that these are NOT final. One of the reasons we're getting them to PBE ASAP is to be able to have time to respond to feedback. If folks end up with some strong negative feels after trying them out, we'll be sure to adjust before our patch locks. If you end up playing these on PBE, give us feedback. We'll be paying pretty close attention to things like scrims. And all the changes will be LOCKED by next Wednesday so if you are looking for stable practice, after that day will be the best. Celebrity deaths don't usually phase me, but James Ransone as Cpl. Ray Person was probably my favorite casting/portrayal of all time. Such a real character, and James gave it so much life. Depression and addiction are fucked. Check in on your people.

@Riot_Milo @Mortdog Is it possible that the guaranteed copies would’ve appeared in their next shop but since they were eliminated, those units never returned properly to the pool? (2/2)

@Riot_Milo @Mortdog GameID 4519221893 – Player has all 3* Yordles except for Fizz, which he has 8 copies of. His shops stop giving him guaranteed Yordles. Of note, two other players in the lobby were Bilgewater and unlocked Fizz but did not have him on their boards. (1/2)

I haven’t posted pole+aerial stuff in a long time because I made the decision to dedicate this space mostly to game dev and TFT so here is my one pic for the year of my aerial passions outside of work because it’s important to not let work consume you. Don’t lose your passions.

@Riot_Milo @TFT Word, wasn't sure if it sometimes meant, like, totally (re-)scripting some abilities for the double up case. Cool cool.

@Treisk @TFT Not to go into specifics but TFT has a lot of content and not everyone who makes that content is aware of the technical specifics of double up so there is always a bit of custom work or flags to set/unset to make content work as intended for double up.

PBE for @TFT's 16th Set is today. I'll be focusing on fixing issues that pop up, especially in Double Up. I made a bunch of adjustments already to ensure that this is the best set for Double Up players yet. If you have any issues use the TFT discord or reply here.

@Riot_Milo @TFT How hard is it, generally, to hook up reinforcement stuff? Feels like it's been a hard-to-pin-dowm pain point since it hit the workshop. Lots of traits, augments, etc. that have never quite fired correctly on reinforcement.
