@Chiming_in_with I thought that too. But Feds meeting with the person Alex talked about yesterday makes me think they’re still looking for leads. So we should continue to ask for more info IMO…although we know Feds don’t give it, until they need to.

I love this idea. A public profile would be powerful, but also risky. If accurate, it informs the offender too. Based on what we do know, the behavior suggests someone narrative & perception-aware. (This is just my opinion/analysis based on public info.) But I think the real signal is investigative posture. As Maureen points out, profiles have been released in other cases, and she’s right. But those are typically situations where investigators need public help to narrow the field. That’s not what we’re seeing here. When law enforcement needs help, they ask urgently & loudly. So the question shifts: Not ‘Who could this be?’…but ‘Who’s already on their radar?’ This looks like a forensic-heavy case with direction, one that’s going to take time. @chiIIum @TrueCrimeTruths @Michigan8705 There are videos out there where pot stirrers say they’ve contacted the association and believe it’s listening to them. It’s a shame, the noise is a distraction from what truly matters. I’m guilty of getting way too distracted by the noise myself!

Who remembers the #NataleeHalloway case? Greta Van Susteren is utilizing her X account to revisit the case over two decades later. Greta has proof that others were involved. She asks the question we all wanna know: Why didn’t the police & prosecutor put #Joranvandersloot away for life? Joran was arrested June 9, 2005. He was released early in September to which his parents sent him to live in Holland where he killed again, on the 5th anniversary of Natalee’s murder. Greta says his mother called him a very gentle, nice boy… His father was a judge who had deep ties with the legal system in #Aruba and even Joran himself admitted that at least 2 officers were paid off.
