@_Reloe @tettles Yea this is exactly what we tell any new potential trial in an interview. You will be treated the same as our raiders but we just need time to 100% confirm you will be a good fit personality and play wise in the guild.

@tettles trial means nothing more than "this person is new in the guild and we're waiting until after prog to 100% confirm we want them to stay longterm". It has no impact on gear or choosing who to sit. If people do smth differen then that seems weird.

Trials in WOW guilds are so weird. Guilds should treat all raiders just like other raiders no matter their senority. There is no reason you should ever have a 9 month trial. If you think somebody needs to be trailed for 9 months just kick them and move on.

My dad was a hero man. Not just my hero, he went through commando training and fought against terrorism in Turkey in the east. Then volunteered to go fight in the Bosnian war to protect people from the Bosnian genocide. After the war ended he got arrested for protesting the turkish government and was tortured by the same country he fought to protect. Eventually he seeked asylum in Germany. In Germany he focused on taking care of our family and getting my brother and I a good education. He taught me cool shit like walking in the forest in the dark or how to catch and cook your own food. He couldn't always be by my side but the biggest lessons I learned from him was from times when he wasnt with us. He taught us to be selfless, lived and died following his beliefs and didn't backpaddle when it got difficult. That is his legacy. He set the ladder quite high and I definitely wont be as cool as him but I will try my best.
