@lofibanshee @Mehdehh I was pointing out that there is a pretty good solution (also not perfect but def much better than what they did) that doesn't require a lot of extra effort. If blizzard, for whatever reason, doesn't want to do that, that's a different story

@lofibanshee @Mehdehh I know they won't be doing this and yet it is the best solution I can think off that doesn't require a lot of manual work or having access to all the loot data.

I was bored so I made a thing. Obviously in a perfect world no refunds except for those with dupes, removing one of the dupes, and actively going in to fix everyone's BLP entries so it's as if the bug never happened. That's a lot more work and based on what they said about their database issues, they might straight up not have the data to do it.

@lofibanshee @Mehdehh adding a 2nd currency that is almost a 1:1 copy of an existing one except for 2-3 logic lines is unfeasible?

@Mehdehh Reloe’s solution is to keep the bugged state for some players. I’m actually shocked someone smart enough to know how unfeasible that is said that.

so now you get punished if you didn't use your roll while you know there was an active bug? lol!

@xepher1s only NA being affected is wrong. It was fixed 5am thursday EU time, 23h after reset (according to their own post) They should be working on a proper fix instead.

@EllesmereGaming Even if you do review all the code and actively try to understand it - no one is gonna be great at doing that for 16h a day.

@EllesmereGaming The biggest advice I can give you is to take it slow. The speed at which you are posting about new features makes me concerned that you cannot keep a full understanding of your own code. Sometimes it's better to take an extra day and let your thoughts marinate the idea first

Hey guys, quick update on EllesmereUI! This one’s less about features and more about AI. I know it’s is a touchy subject for many, so I want to be upfront about how much I’m using it. As EUI rapidly expands, I’ve found myself relying more heavily on AI. I’m putting in 16+hr a day, but even with dedicating my entire life to it, it’s just too massive to expand and maintain alone. This doesn’t mean I’m not extremely hands on still, but it does mean that a large amount of the codebase is managed by AI, even if I am guiding and helping it and checking its work thoroughly. Since vibecoding is a hot topic around addon creation, and I’ve noticed myself leaning on AI more and more, I want to just keep you guys in the loop about EUI’s usage of AI. On the results side tho, performance has never been better. Leveraging AI more has helped me push optimizations to extremes and improve overall stability. With proper guidance and oversight, it’s allowed me to start actually getting some sleep again (occasionally) I get people can be hesitant about AI managed codebases, which is the purpose of this tweet. Hope this helps keep things transparent

Isn't it just horrible how M+ players get treated? All that myth loot that those pesky mythic raiders get thrown at them! SO UNFAIR! Pictures of a priest that's progressing mythic Alleria wearing 5 myth raid drops and a DH with no mythic raid loot unrelated.

With the next update of NSRT, the addons functionality will be disabled outside of your guilds official raiding hours. If you want to move days you will need to send a formal request.
