I stick mostly to what I said previously. My powers of prediction are only functional for mostly rational or perfectly irrational actors. SCOTUS is neither rational nor perfectly irrational. But I do rule out the possibility that they rule against Trump on constitutional grounds. Which means, at the very least, we have a political fight that is eminently winnable on its merits. That would still be a loss because the GOP is... well, the GOP. But it's a loss by close decision begging for a rematch. Not a brutal and decisive finish.

Hey Jared, I love your enthusiasm—far superior to any other Adminstrator. However, as you well know the Chinese have a very robust space program. And although NASA stands for Artemis IV being before the end of 2028, it is more than possible that it may slip into 2029. The Chinese are targeting this same year, so it will be a neck and neck race. So, I’m not sure exactly what “America will never give up the Moon again” means. Even if the USA is first (again), we don’t “own” the moon or its territory.
