@SurePetcare now it's not letting our cats in anymore and both the led and the display are blinking continuously. Please fix this asap! We're going on a holiday next week and need to rely on it to open for our cats!

@SurePetcare I’ve changed the batteries in my cat flap twice now, the red lights no longer flashing on the flap but my app won’t register the new batteries and keeps flashing the low/empty battery sign? I’ve logged out and deleted and reinstalled but it’s still happening.
