Dear HR, Stop asking why candidates want to join your company. All you’ll hear are lies about your not so good culture and branding. 90% of the candidates want to join you because of money (ilu le). The remaining 10% are either running away from their wicked managers or trying to have your “big” name on their CV. Kind Regards.
