#Mind2Muscle Charity Cricket Programme returns this January whilst supporting the National Campaign #WeAreUndefeatable for those with a range of long-term health conditions funded by Sport England This research-led initiative, delivered by #Mind2Muscle® and researched by our chosen team at Lancaster University forms part of an upcoming trial testing phase focused on improving access to meaningful, evidence-based physical activity and outcomes. Using adapted cricket, teamwork and progressive movement, the programme supports individuals living with neurological and long-term conditions to: Improve mobility and physical confidence. Stay active in a safe, inclusive environment. Build social connection and purpose We are now recruiting participants for January trial testing and are keen to welcome individuals who would like to be part of this impactful research collaboration. #Mind2Muscle continues to work alongside higher education institutions to bridge the gap between academic learning and professional practice. As the founder, I delivered a session with the Year 3 Sports Therapy cohort at the University of Lancashire. I emphasised the application of evidence informed practice, advanced clinical reasoning, and professional competency within rehabilitation and performance environments. The Mind2Muscle Academy progression routes into specialised programmes and industry-led qualifications were also outlined to the students, supporting the graduate's transition into meaningful employment. Thank you to all the students for being an amazing group, you were very welcoming and engaging. Very honoured to support #Mind2Muscle #Charity in hosting our annual “Christmas Party” yesterday, held in the large meeting and studio room at our Head Office and Rehabilitation & Wellness Centre in Euro House, Blackburn. The familiar room in the centre was transformed into safe and accessible surroundings with warmth and festive spirit, creating a space where our community could come together and simply enjoy being with one another regardless of physical abilities or diagnosed conditions. The day brought members, patients, carers, and guests together in a way that reminded us why Mind2Muscle exists to support people not only in their progress, but in their connections, confidence, and shared moments. Seeing everyone relax, laugh, reflect on the year, and celebrate their achievements made the event incredibly special. A heartfelt thank you to everyone who attended and to the entire Mind2Muscle team, for their dedication, kindness, and hard work in ensuring the day ran beautifully. #M2M Workshops - Level 1 Instructing Fundamental Movement Award in Instructing is an Ofqual regulated vocational qualification that has been uniquely designed to be delivered to learners in the context of a technical pathway. We deliver across the UK this to young people and adults that wish to commence a career as a health, fitness, or sports coach. Parents, carers, and volunteers associated with health, leisure or sports clubs are also welcome.    Learners must be at least 14 years, English speaking and able to evidence engagement in physical activity. Successful, certified learners will be eligible to instruct under direct supervision of a qualified coach in a clinical, community or club environment. 1/2 My dad unfortunately collapsed and passed away at the Wolves game last Monday night, he had to be carried up stairs from his seat in block 123 to be able to have CPR performed on him, his watch went missing when he was moved and we desperately want it back..

I also enjoyed the company of the incredible, if a little crazy, #MND daredevil @IanFlattTDM, who completes epic mountain climbs and takes part in marathons in his wheelchair, raising funds for The #RobBurrow #MND Care Centre 💙💛 Hope to see you again at the #RobBurrowMarathon!
