I haven't used the SSA-X, but I really like the SSA-EX. I've never used an AR trigger that gives me the sensation of "too light". Especially with a tuned 2-stage. Yes, you get a lighter break. But you're eating some of the pull weight in the takeup so that it's less noticeable. But it's still there.

Finally. Geissele SSA-E with 3 position @ASDesignsFRTs. *testing* like a dream. Can't wait to go run it in the woods.
