Regularly acquiring Bitcoin as "savings" for your personal benefit (as you might already do with gold or silver) makes as much sense today as it ever did. Perhaps moreso because of the years of market validation. Your friends have benefitted. You should too.

Or do you accept it is plausible that this war in Iran might be privately funded?

@brucefenton @an_capitalist @LPNH Are you absolutely convinced that, in a free society of privately funded insurance companies providing security, something resembling these exact actions would not take place? It seems plausible. Those who want this war (not you) would fund it easily. How much does that matter?

There’s nothing more socialist than war. Nothing that is less liberty, nothing that is more wasteful or more expansive of the state. Nothing else harms our country and rights more. Nothing close. All the dumb lefty projects on earth don’t stack up to war in terms of net harm to liberty.
