The last couple of weeks have been an absolute firestorm of action to get the Market Structure bill passed. While @BankingGOP clears its logjam (thank you @SenatorTimScott!), congrats are in order to @SenateAgGOP and Chairman @JohnBoozman for advancing the Senate Agriculture Committee’s market structure bill out of committee today. As I’ve said before, clarity is better than chaos. The legislative process can be messy and complex, but it is 100% necessary to have clarity for this and future generations of crypto entrepreneurs, builders, and users as this technology becomes increasingly ingrained into our global financial infrastructure.

This right here is one of the coolest things in the entire New Testament. Just look at how far Jesus was willing to go (or walk) for one man 🙌

Selling stolen oil and putting billions of dollars in a bank in Qatar to be spent without Congressional approval is not Constitutional. Only Congress can appropriate money. The President can’t legally create a second Treasury overseas for his own piggy bank. Wake up Congress.

The #Steelers have requested a head coach interview with #Packers defensive coordinator Jeff Hafley. Hafley, 46, has turned the Packers defense into a top unit over the past two seasons. His previous NFL coaching experience includes stints with the #Buccaneers, #Browns and #49ers as a defensive backs coach. Additionally, Hafley has head coaching experience from his time at Boston College (2020-2023). He's also no stranger to the South Side facility, as he spent five seasons coaching at #Pitt (2006-2010). Should Jeff Hafley be the Steelers next head coach? 🤔

The market structure bill is the kind of law that will live for 100 years. Billions of dollars will be spent figuring out what it means before it’s even fully implemented through rulemaking. We can take all the time we need to get it right and we can walk if no bill > bad bill.
