update: i made chia seed pudding (raspberry chocolate)
- texture was better than i expected — not my fav, but not bad
- i think the raspberries were a game changer
- would do again
- need to brush teeth after tho

@astrocals no dry fasting, it’s only a “valid” fast if it hits 24hr, no 0cal sodas only sparkling water (ketosis), 36 is most ideal, c/s allowed but must use a paper towel to get all food out, can only break before 7pm
@cleanteethvane this is what i do, too!! gum and mints and like… that genre of solid food i’m okay with (to an extent. i can’t have like 20 mints lmao) otherwise low cal liquids only
@astrocals i allow all zero and low cal liquid: coffee, tea, energy drinks, broth, etc. sometimes i’ll do a liquid fast with higher cal soups and green juice as long as my daily total is under 300. solid food = broken fast imo
