The club has a chance to make a common sense decision around the manager position • announce Ole/Carrick Monday, a week to prep for City, as interim until end of the season • absolutely NO conditions in the contract that “if results are x,y,z you’re kept on permanent” • regardless of results, the club sits down and investigates all of the potential managers available for the position, including those they’ve looked into from now until then, those coming free after WC etc • make the decision early, give them a chance of a pre season and transfer window • get signings in early ffs, give them a pre season to gel and start next season in the best possible place Remains to be seen if they do…

Man United have lost 4/13 matches this season: 30% losing rate Liverpool have lost 9/18 matches this season: 50% losing rate Yes they played 5 games more... but Liverpool have lost more than DOUBLE the matches while spending more than DOUBLE the amount Man United did this summer. This season alone Amorim has done better with less of a squad and resources, yet gets DOUBLE the criticism. I want the same energy with Slot.
