@PetSmart They were no reason to deny the sale. Everything for the animal was being bought with the animal. The employee wanted my wife to buy cage drive all the way home which is 45 minutes or more away. Then take a picture and come back to see if approved. I don’t think so. Why?

@PetSmart your store is ridiculous. My wife went into your Bloomington location to buy a Guinea pig and cage and and accessories. Person working refused to sale her it because said had to prove had environment set up for it. That is idiotic when she was buying the environment.
