I enjoyed a threshold run for a change 😆 - ~15-20 mins warmup - running drills - 6x(5 mins @ threshold, 3 mins slow jog) - ~ 10 mins cooldown My calculated threshold at the moment is at 04:18. The average of the 6 laps is 04:13 so I am happy. What's more somehow I found strength in the tank to finish the last 5' lap with a 04:06 pace 🤯 For my standards this is weird as I tend to do the opposite and finish weaker than starting.

(11/13) APP UI: The @ConvexFinance web application also does a poor job informing users of this 1:1 conversion practice, but gets credit for throwing a last-minute warning pop-up right before a user executes a conversion: 1) By default, the 1:1 conversion practice is not mentioned at all on the convert/stake page, nor on the claim rewards page. 2) On the convert/stake page, a warning pop-up will show up if the user a) connects their wallet and b) enters an amount to convert (see image). The content of the pop-up is great, but why is it only showing the information AFTER the user has decided to perform the transaction? The information should be provided BEFORE a user has connected their wallet. 3) I'm not aware of an equivalent warning on the claim/stake page, but I was unable to test it.
