Biden side stepped this law through a series of legal fictions, pretending there was no nuclear deal. This negotiation however seems pretty obviously set up to be a nuclear deal. Solely focusing on 60% HEU has always been a mistake. All enriched uranium at all levels should come out. Facilities need dismantling. And perhaps most missed of all: The regime must provide a full accounting of its program as it currently stands in breach of the NPT for concealing undeclared nuclear material and activities. We skip this step at our own peril.
