@MillerandCarter second time in a row I have had a disappointing meal at your Lowton restaurant. For a company who specialises in steaks how hard can it be to cook a steak to a customers preference🤷♂️ we were refunded the cost of the meal but ruined a special family occasion🤬

@BritishGasHelp Sorry that’s a fob off, I have a young family and not to have heating or warm water during this cold spell it’s going to be minus 2 tonight leaves them vulnerable.

@BritishGas @BritishGasHelp I have been a customer of your Home care for many years, just arranged for an engineer to visit to look at my boiler and you can only get out to us Wednesday morning, it’s now Sunday evening so a 3 day wait. That is shocking 😱

@Pod_Point I had my home charger installed in August but I am having problems with the App which is not showing the amount of energy added or the cost but it is charging fine. I have contacted your support team multiple times but never get a response, can you advise?
