Wound care people, nurses, TVNs: I need advice. I fell over running and have properly skinned the palms of my hands which is quite debilitating! I feel like the need to dry out but it makes me unable to wash my hands. I currently have duoderm on them, it’s this the best option?

@FrancesBoott @PureGym I already have a PureGym membership but don’t love their treadmills tbh! I want something for home so I can get a run in before work on my oncall days. Will have a look at fitness superstore though!

@dr_doddle Staff at Fitness Superstore are generally knowledgeable and decent if you're near one Decathlon probably worth a shout too Or join @PureGym with a Bluelight card and see if you get on with indoor running 🤷🏻‍♀️

Thinking of getting a treadmill to help with interval/speed work etc around work, especially with a marathon to train for over the winter. Has anyone got any recommendations? I like the look of the peloton but not sure if I’m just being pulled in by the shiny!
