The problem is we cannot sell it or it would cause a free fall collapse of the company stock
Unless such was sold to an issuer that uses it to back a unit in circulation
It is a question of stability that would be answered in that way
The wisest strategy would be to offload it from the U.S. balance sheet in stages and to friendlies in exchange for debt
This is why getting control of the Fed is vital
