माननीय न्यायालय में आज हुई सुनवाई के दौरान Anjana & ANR. case में कोई interim relief प्रदान नहीं की गई। मामले की अगली सुनवाई 17 जून को निर्धारित है।
हम न्यायिक प्रक्रिया का पूरा सम्मान करते हैं और न्यायालय के समक्ष अपना विस्तृत reply प्रस्तुत करेंगे। आवश्यक हुआ तो उपलब्ध तथ्यों और कानूनी सलाह के आधार पर अपने अधिकारों के संरक्षण हेतु उपयुक्त विधिक कदमों तथा Counter Claim पर भी विचार करेंगे।
हमें न्यायपालिका पर विश्वास है और हम अपना पक्ष न्यायालय के समक्ष ही रखेंगे।

क्यों कोई इसपर बात नहीं कर रहा हैं कि बच्चों द्वारा choose option answer key आने के बाद बदल गई है। ये एक दो या चार बच्चों के साथ नहीं हुआ है बल्कि हज़ारों बच्चों के साथ हुआ हैं।
