In this article, we’ll give you a framing to do a portfolio of products with a focus on how your products will bundle together. We’ll share with you a way to keep your product portfolio structure and a taxonomy. buff.ly/3SeeDSc #Portfolio #ProductDesign

Organizational unbundling? It's the future. Think of it as a swarm of semi-autonomous nodes, not silos. Micro-enterprises are the new traditional capabilities. With dynamic markets and reduced costs, unbundling is key: small teams can make a BIG impact. M&As, bureaucratization, growth? Unbundling has the answers. It's about innovation, flexibility, and direct market connection. This isn't just optimization. It's a revolution. Dive in: boundaryless.io/blog/shifting-…

@BrianKempGA @EWErickson If your vision involves policies that transcend left/right ideologies and solve complex problems, I’m down. If it involves gerrymandering and voter suppression, not interested.

@meedabyte 20c economies were built around competing and concentrating value. You need moats to do that. 21c economies protect against value concentration via agency, distributed ownership, and governance. No moats, only bridges for 21c economies.

If feel the concept of "moat" and defensibility may not be optimal for building the businesses that are going to thrive and transform 21c economy. What's the equivalent of moat for future proof, last movers, enabling layers in #web3 #futureofnetworks?

@meedabyte Not really following how open systems create and drop externalities, but that’s the problem with Twitter. You can’t really have a complex conversation over it. So, I’ll take your word for it, my friend. Have a nice weekend. 😊

@iamdavidkish If open means a system that can successfully create and drop externalities (and/or suck a lot of resources from) outside yes, you can. That's how we came to where we are

@meedabyte So, can we have win wins and positive sum games in open systems?

@iamdavidkish Re win-wins/ps games I think it's just the truth of closed systems. We're not used to the perspective cause we often don't care about externalities and this is where we get to the *positive sum*. Re fragility: I'd not say it's a direct consequence of interdependence but rather...
