@Hermesparcels really struggling to contact someone human to sort out an issue with my deliveries- they've got the right address but are attempting to deliver somewhere completely different and it keeps failing. No idea how to speak to someone to resolve. Please help

@EE Thanks for responding. That's strange, I called an 0345 number the other day and was warned I'd be charged for it. Do you know why that might be?
