Strength, mobility and longevity is all part of my keep fit plan but running has never been part of that plan due to a lower back injury from my old job. Now I’ve learnt how to manage my back with exercise, I’ve finally got my first pair running shoes. Pretty excited to get going 🏃‍♂️
