I was at the job fair in Phoenix earlier today, and they had a table set up for a Gynaecologist's Assistant. Interested, I went to learn more. "Can you give me some more details on this job?" I asked the job recruiter. He pulled up the job description and said, "You basically prep the women to see the gynaecologist. You have to help them get undressed, lay them down, and adjust the table to the correct height, adjust the leg supports, stirrups, backrest and the spot light so the patient is ready for the doctor when he comes in. It pays an annual salary of $175,000, but you're going to have to go to Los Angeles. I said, "Oh is that where the job is?" "No sir, that's where the end of the line is right now,” said the recruiter.

I take one supplement on carnivore. Iodine. About 20mg a day, and I've done that for years. This is the part where a certain kind of person reaches for the word "toxic" like it's a defibrillator. Here is the thing nobody wants to sit with. Iodine used to be everywhere. It was in the soil, in the bread, where they added it deliberately, and in the milk. Then we swapped iodine for bromine in flour, doused the water supply in chlorine and fluorine, and acted surprised when thyroids across the developed world started behaving like they'd been made redundant. Bromine, chlorine and fluorine are halogens. So is iodine. They sit in the same column of the periodic table and they compete for the same parking spaces in your body. Flood the environment with the cheap ones and they squat in the receptors iodine is meant to occupy. Your thyroid then does its best impression of a working thyroid while running on fumes. The toxicity panic is built almost entirely on people confusing a detox reaction with poisoning. Push iodine in and the body starts evicting the bromine it had quietly been storing. The eviction is not always comfortable. That discomfort then gets written up online as "iodine is dangerous," which is a bit like blaming the bin men for the smell of the bins. I'm not a doctor and I'm certainly not your doctor. If you have a diagnosed thyroid condition, go and have the conversation with someone who can look at your actual neck. But for me? Years at 20mg a day. No drama. A genuine, noticeable lift in energy that I wasn't expecting and didn't talk myself into. One supplement. The one the modern world quietly took off the table

The "evidence-based Mediterranean diet" is the most profitable work of fiction Harvard ever published. There is no single Mediterranean diet. The sea touches twenty-odd countries that agree on nothing at dinner. What you're sold is one pyramid, drawn in 1993 by an American food charity, the Harvard School of Public Health and the WHO, built specifically to replace the USDA's. A committee in Massachusetts sketched how it imagined a Greek peasant ate, and the world bought the cartoon. And they caught that peasant mid-fast. The foundational data came from Crete around 1960, a population so devoutly Orthodox they fasted 180 to 200 days a year. No meat. No dairy. No eggs. For half the calendar. One of the main dietary surveys ran straight through the 48-day Lenten fast. They recorded Cretans eating about 35 grams of meat a day and called it the Cretan diet. It was Cretan Lent. The pyramid's authors swear the fasting changed nothing. They would. The British Journal of Nutrition later called that same Orthodox fasting cycle a "hidden characteristic" of the Cretan diet the original study never bothered to account for. Then watch what the marketing does to the rest. The whole grains you're ordered to eat sit beside the white bread, white pasta and white rice on every real table from Naples to Valencia. The olive oil poured over everything is pure fat. And airbrushed out of the brochure are the lamb, the fish, the offal, the full-fat sheep and goat cheese, the thick yoghurt, the eggs and the cured pork these people have actually eaten for centuries. So the famed diet of longevity is a 1990s American drawing of a hungry man observing Lent, stretched across a sea no two shores of which eat alike, with the meat and the cheese hidden behind a wall of lettuce. Nobody in the Mediterranean has ever eaten it. That was never the point; the point was the front page.

Quinoa arrived wearing a full halo: ancient, complete protein, Andean, an entire UN International Year to itself. The first problem is that it is not a grain at all. It is the seed of a goosefoot, a weedy cousin of spinach and beetroot, which tells you everything about the chemistry it carries. Every seed is wrapped in saponins, the plant's own pesticide. Bitter, soapy compounds that foam in water, irritate the gut, and can punch holes in cell membranes. This is why every bag orders you to rinse it until the water runs clear. You are scrubbing a chemical weapon off your health food before you are allowed to eat it, and nobody blinks. Rinse the soap away and the seed is still armed. Like its cousin spinach, it is loaded with oxalates, the calcium-binding compounds that build kidney stones. It packs roughly a gram of phytic acid per hundred grams, which clamps onto the iron, zinc and magnesium the label brags about and marches them straight out of you. Then trypsin inhibitors to block protein digestion. The famous complete protein spends the whole meal confiscating its own minerals. So the sacred ancient supergrain is a soapy weed seed, armed to the teeth, that you must decontaminate at the sink before it is fit to eat. Five thousand years of wisdom, and the instructions still start with rinsing off the poison.

The 7-second cold wrist rinse was tested on 3,000 soldiers after combat simulations. Cortisol dropped 52% within 90 seconds. Heart rate fell an average of 22 beats per minute. The Navy classified the protocol in 2009 and kept it secret until 2023. The mechanism is radial artery cooling. Your inner wrists have the thinnest skin and the largest surface-to-volume ratio for blood vessels. 7 seconds of cold water cools the blood passing to your brain, which signals your hypothalamus to downregulate stress instantly You've splashed cold water on your face. You've taken cold showers. Both work, but they're inconvenient. The SEAL protocol takes 7 seconds, requires no undressing, and can be done at any sink. Soldiers used it before night missions to fall asleep fast. The military classified this because a free 7-second stress fix would reduce demand for combat stress medication ($400M annually). The 2023 declassification came after a FOIA lawsuit filed by a veteran. The fix: run cold tap water over your inner wrists for 7 seconds. Both wrists. Do it when you feel a stress spike. Within 90 seconds, your heart rate will drop. No shower, no ice. Just 7 seconds.

Points to ponderm

Brown rice is what you order when you want the waiter to know you have made peace with joylessness in exchange for health points. The arsenic is the twist nobody puts on the menu. Rice has a problem unique among grains. It grows in flooded paddies, sitting in standing water for months, and it draws arsenic out of the soil roughly ten times more eagerly than wheat or barley. That arsenic concentrates in the bran, the grain's outer layer. White rice has the bran polished off. Brown rice keeps it, because the bran is where the fibre and minerals live. It is also, inconveniently, where the arsenic lives. A 2025 analysis found brown rice carries around 24% more total arsenic and 40% more inorganic arsenic, the form classed as a known human carcinogen, than white. You upgraded to the wholegrain and quietly upgraded your carcinogen dose along with it. Then the ecology, which nobody ever pins on rice, because rice looks so very innocent. Those flooded paddies are anaerobic, and the microbes thriving in them belch methane on an industrial scale. Rice cultivation produces something like 10% of all human methane emissions and roughly a fifth of agricultural methane. Cattle get filmed for documentaries about their burps. Rice quietly produces a tenth of the world's methane while flooding entire landscapes and hoarding arsenic, then takes its place in the salad bar wearing a wellness halo. Cows are dragged through the climate courts every week. The rice paddy, doing serious damage of its own, sits in your grain bowl with the expression of something that has never done anything wrong in its life. Curious, isn't it, which foods we decide to interrogate.

Raynald Bernier@RaynaldBernier

8 millions de personnes à New York City. Tous se sentant seuls. Ensemble. CODE : URBAN-HIVE / 14HZ-FENCE / NYC-DOWN / 33-REMAINING Voir moins

This woman is 25 years old She has been driving her car for weeks, sweating and miserable because the air conditioning isn’t working Finally she takes it to the dealership. They ask her if she’s hit the “AC Button” She hasn’t, that was the problem These people vote… There is a real argument and need for some form of cognitive competency test for voting Voter ignorance is widespread Decades of research from political scientists like Bryan Caplan, Jason Brennan, and more have shown that the average voter has very low political knowledge. Many cannot name basic facts about government, economics or candidates IQ and cognitive ability correlate with better outcomes Higher IQ predicts better information processing, lower susceptibility to certain biases, and higher voter turnout. Studies show smarter people are more likely to vote and have more stable, informed opinions on average Democracy as a high-stakes decision, allowing uninformed people to vote is likely devastating to our society

The richest man in America signed a document that could have gotten him hanged, and when someone sneered that he was safe because no one would know which Charles Carroll to come for, he picked up the pen and told the British exactly where to find him. His name was Charles Carroll, and the colonies were crawling with men who shared it. His own father was Charles Carroll of Annapolis. So when the Declaration of Independence came to him for signing in 1776, a delegate made a cruel little joke. He said Carroll risked nothing by signing. There were so many Charles Carrolls that the King's men would never know which one to hang. Carroll didn't argue. He leaned over the page and added three words to his signature: "of Carrollton." The name of his estate. His address. He was the only signer in the entire room who wrote down where he lived, and he did it on purpose, so that if the British wanted to come hang the traitor, they would know exactly which door to knock on. That is who Charles Carroll of Carrollton was. Here is what makes the moment even sharper. He was not a man with little to lose. He was the single wealthiest man in the thirteen colonies and the largest private landowner among them. While George Washington and John Hancock get talked about as rich men, it was Carroll who topped them all. When he signed, he was wagering the biggest personal fortune in America against a noose. And he was the last man anyone would have expected to be there at all. Carroll was Catholic. In colonial Maryland, a colony founded as a Catholic refuge that had since turned on its own, Catholics could not vote. They could not hold public office. They could not worship in public. The most educated, wealthiest man in America was, in the eyes of the law, a second-class subject barred from the very government he was helping to create. He had spent seventeen years being educated by Jesuits in France and spoke five languages fluently, and back home he still could not legally cast a ballot. So he became the only Catholic to sign the Declaration of Independence, putting his name on a revolution that he hoped would build a country with room for men like him. That was its own enormous bet, made by a man the existing system had already shut out. Then he simply outlived everyone. Thomas Jefferson and John Adams both died on the same astonishing day, July 4, 1826, exactly fifty years after the Declaration. When they were gone, Charles Carroll of Carrollton was the last living signer left on earth. For six more years he was the final human link to that room in Philadelphia, the last hand that had signed, a living relic of the founding that ordinary Americans traveled to see and shake. He finally died in November 1832 at the age of ninety-five, fifty-six years after he wrote his address on a treason document and dared the empire to come find him. The richest man in America. The only Catholic. The last one standing. He had more to lose than any of them, every legal reason to stay quiet, and he signed his full address anyway. We remember the names we were handed in school. We forget the man who made sure his couldn't be mistaken for anyone else's. Which Founding Father do you think history shortchanged the most?

🚨 BREAKING: 🚨 Dr. Vincent Munster, a foreign born national virologist who works at the Rocky Mountain Laboratory under @NIH and Claude Kwe, one of his foreign born colleagues from Cameroon who also works at NIH in the same lab have officially been charged with smuggling monkeypox and other deadly pathogens (possibly Ebola) into the United States from the Democratic Republic of Congo and lying about it when confronted by Border Patrol!!! @WhiteCoatWaste and I are totally vindicated after we broke this story several weeks ago about how NIH was covering up the fact that several foreign born virologists working at NIH under the Trump admin at Rocky Mountain Laboratory, a Biosafety Level 4 laboratory, snuck lethal pathogens into the US. They work at the same lab where an Ebola infected monkey bit an NIH researcher, and this was also covered up by @DrJBhattacharya and NIH. According to the press release, “On January 25, 2026, Munster and Kwe arrived at the McNamara Terminal at Detroit Metropolitan Airport with travel originating from Brazzaville, Republic of Congo, where an outbreak of monkeypox was occurring. Monkeypox is an infectious virus that can result in painful rash, enlarged lymph nodes, fevers and other ailments. Munster and Kwe were inspected and interviewed by Customs and Border Protection (CBP) officials upon their arrival. CBP officers observed Kwe and Munster traveling with a large black plastic case. Munster and Kwe falsely told CBP officers that the black case contained diagnostics and testing equipment. But subsequent investigation by CBP and FBI agents revealed that the case actually contained 113 vials in Styrofoam coolers. As of the date of the complaint, the FBI has tested 20 of the 113 vials. Seventeen of them contained deactivated monkeypox virus, one contained the Chickenpox virus, and two contained only human DNA.  “These NIH experts apparently broke our laws by smuggling viral pathogens on a packed commercial airplane from an outbreak in the Republic of Congo. Let that sink in,” United States Attorney Gorgon stated. “No researchers should believe their positions, credentials, or professional status place them above the law,” said Jennifer Runyan, Special Agent in Charge of the FBI Detroit Field Office. “The allegations in this case are serious. They involve the dangerous and unlawful smuggling of deactivated Mpox virus into the United States and alleged efforts to mislead our federal agents.” The FBI admits only 20 of the 113 vials have been tested, which means we could soon learn that other lethal pathogens from Africa were illegally smuggled into our country by foreign born virologists who are Dr. Fauci acolytes. Additionally, as I have previously reported, Munster’s wifeEmmie de Wit still works at NIH in the same laboratory where she studies Ebola. She should not be allowed to continue working at NIH, as White Coat Waste and I exposed she was also allegedly traveling with her husband and his colleague when they were caught at the airport in Michigan smuggling viruses into the United States from an outbreak zone in the Congo. Munster and Kwe face a maximum sentence of five years in prison.  The investigation is being conducted by the Detroit Field Office of the Federal Bureau of Investigation, the U.S. Customs and Border Protection Detroit and the U.S. Department of Health and Human Services Office of Inspector General (HHS-OIG).  @TimSheehyMT @JustinRGoodman @SenRickScott Read the full press release here: justice.gov/usao-edmi/pr/f…

NIH @NIH researcher Vincent Munster was recently caught at the airport in Michigan smuggling vials of deadly African pathogens, raising serious questions about whether his reckless operations sparked the current EBOLA outbreak. White Coat Waste @WhiteCoatWaste Senior VP Justin Goodman @JustinRGoodman confirmed that Munster's rogue facility known as the Rocky Mountain Lab in Montana has a track record of severe containment failures, including a recent incident in which an Ebola-infected monkey bit a lab worker. With gain-of-function lunatic and former Acting Director of NIAID Jeff Taubenberger now jumping ship to escape the fallout, HHS @HHSGov Secretary Robert F. Kennedy Jr. @RobertKennedyJr needs to PURGE the rest of Dr. Fauci's holdovers from HHS, NIH, and NIAID, and stop these mad scientists before more American lives are lost in yet another preventable scamdemic.
