Hey @Cloudflare don't auto pick a logged in google account. I don't have a `.com` account with you, well now I do, and I cannot select the correct account, unless I actively sign in to my google account. This is annoying and a really poor UX experience.

I don't know what backend Shopify are using to deliver their live chat support, but surely there's a better solve for this I don't mind waiting on them to find a solution, but getting me to submit a random message every few mins to keep the chat alive isn't a great experience🤔

@DsMatie On the whole great but at times inconsistent & unfair. Shopify write rules & guidelines that they themselves don’t follow (e.g. app design/UX). They also have strict rules that they enforce on a few partners but not others (e.g. app naming). They should reconsider & re-evaluate.

@dani_avila7 Must admit it threw me off at first but I get why this is actually better. If you have 2 screenshots and you’re comparing them, this makes it easier to refer to each one so Claude understands which one you’re talking about.

Feedback on the latest Claude Code version when you attach an image, it gets added as context above the text input (good), but it also gets injected as [Image # N] text directly into the input field The numbering system is great, being able to reference images by number makes sense, but having it appear in both places is annoying and redundant CC @bcherny @trq212

@linear Issue tracking is not dead 😩. If anything agentic coding is creating more issues to track!

@trq212 @Amank1412 I got banned within minutes of my employer setting up a premium team plan. The crime? I logged out/in too many times because the onboarding journey was broken! Didn’t even get chance to use the account. Still stuck in limbo, and we’re being charged!

@Amank1412 hi apologies, send me your email? we're getting massive amounts of fraudulent requests so there are some false positives but we're working on bringing that down as much as possible

I just got banned from Claude Code So now I have to go back to the primal days… either writing code by hand or using Cursor/Codex

@thekitze people are not being banned for that, we have separate fraud filters and they sometimes have false positives but we're working on bringing that down

@bcherny I was hoping this would be added so this is great. Does it handle cleanup of worktrees? I.e. once the work is merged and it’s no longer needed. I’ve experienced problems where Claude can’t remove the worktree while operating as a session inside of it.

Introducing: built-in git worktree support for Claude Code Now, agents can run in parallel without interfering with one other. Each agent gets its own worktree and can work independently. The Claude Code Desktop app has had built-in support for worktrees for a while, and now we're bringing it to CLI too. Learn more about worktrees: git-scm.com/docs/git-workt…

@kimurathomas Good luck! Direct repo access is a definite plus for those of us who work with themes via Git. I guess it means stores can fork it and stay in sync with your updates while also being able to make their own customisations, which is ideal. Shopify don’t have a solve for that.

Our newest Shopify theme is about to launch and I'm kind of scared We had originally planned to sell through the official Shopify Theme Store. That didn't really work out so now we're going solo I'm also really excited about this because we can build features without worrying about Shopify restrictions/requirements (we'll finally be able to include a built-in wishlist feature)

Agreed. This is why I personally will not be relying on any Shopify primitives with my apps, instead only using them for progressive enhancements. It serves as a reminder we are not in control - Shopify can and will change things like this without notice. Build defensively!
Kirill Platonov | Platmart@kirplatonov

That's a painful change by Shopify out of the blue. I'm using JSON metafields since 2021 to store app settings and data for fast access by theme extension. And it's all going to break as not fitting new limit...

I feel like this is a big clue as to why Anthropic *can’t* let you use your cheap Claude Max subscription on projects like OpenClaw. They’re only able to give you 18-36x cheaper rates on those plans because they’ve heavily optimised for it in the Claude Code harness (or SDK).
