@Kohls Had a very unfortunate experience due to a Kohl’s error. Had to deal with the Phillipines and no customer service whatsoever. 2-3 weeks to get Kohl’s cash back + to ask customer to call back. Ripping up kohls card. Not happy!

@Kohls Kohls is simply the worst. I ordered with gift cards, they cancelled my order for no reason, now it has been 2 weeks and they haven't refunded the gift cards. I've spent 2 hours on phone or messaging customer service--NO RESOLUTION! Idiotic. DON'T SHOP #KOHLS ONLINE EVER!

@Kohls Kohl's promised me they would fix their technical problems that caused me to lose out on Black Friday sale and other great sales and caused my Kohl's Cash to expire. Instead of Kohl's restoring my wrongfully deleted Kohl's cash, they were no help when I called them.
