@Kohls Had a very unfortunate experience due to a Kohl’s error. Had to deal with the Phillipines and no customer service whatsoever. 2-3 weeks to get Kohl’s cash back + to ask customer to call back. Ripping up kohls card. Not happy!

@Kohls Kohls is simply the worst. I ordered with gift cards, they cancelled my order for no reason, now it has been 2 weeks and they haven't refunded the gift cards. I've spent 2 hours on phone or messaging customer service--NO RESOLUTION! Idiotic. DON'T SHOP #KOHLS ONLINE EVER!

@Kohls your app chat is really fantastic. I had a conversation with an agent who confirmed a discount and free shipping for me and then to have the app shut down on me and then to talk to the next agent after I place the order to tell me that the conversation didn’t happen.

@Kohls Kohl's promised me they would fix their technical problems that caused me to lose out on Black Friday sale and other great sales and caused my Kohl's Cash to expire. Instead of Kohl's restoring my wrongfully deleted Kohl's cash, they were no help when I called them.

@Kohls horrendous experience trying to shop and order online. App on phone is slow, cumbersome, outdated. Website dies completely when I try to sign in on my computer. The item I need is not available in my store, and I'm going to have to go with Amazon bc your online is so bad

@Kohls wth. I buy pants for an emergency trip and the cashier didn’t take off the tags. I don’t drive. I can’t just get back to kohls which is about 25 mins from me as it is. Now I’m out of money and clothes and no way to get either back.
