@Kohls your app chat is really fantastic. I had a conversation with an agent who confirmed a discount and free shipping for me and then to have the app shut down on me and then to talk to the next agent after I place the order to tell me that the conversation didn’t happen.

@Chase upgraded my Chase United card and wasn’t told my lounge passes would go away… waiting days for possible passes and the manager forgot to tell me as of may 1 you can’t use gifted passes

@united 8 days before my flight and now United is telling me that a leg of my flight is actually not confirmed and that it is not their fault because I should’ve been contacting the other airline to confirm my own flights
