The only binding thing to India is the constitution of India. We talk about rights, we fail to talk about duties. We talk about Ramayana, we talk about Rama but we forget that the entire history of Rama is about duties not about rights. When you talk about legal awareness it's very important to talk about duties. We all should strive for Justice ⚖️. Injustice anywhere is a threat to Justice every. - Mr. Rakesh Singh, Senior Advocate, Bombay High Court.

#DhurandharMovie is absolutely stunning and a must-watch for everyone. While it contains a significant amount of violence, it feels necessary to effectively convey the powerful message the director intended. An outstanding film @AdityaDharFilms ...with brilliant performances from the entire cast. My personal favourite, however, is @ActorMadhavan, who truly stands out. The way Madhvan convey the pain of failure, the struggle with the system and still hope in all this with expression and limited time frame makes him one of the finest actors of Indian cinema. This reflects a disturbing systemic malaise in the functioning of the investigating machinery. In a recent matter of identical nature, which came to me for challenge, the accused ultimately came to be acquitted solely because the CDs relied upon by the prosecutio - constituting vital electronic evidence - were blank. Such a lapse is not merely procedural but strikes at the very root of fair investigation and is wholly attributable to the gross negligence of the investigating agency. @DGPMaharashtra @MumbaiPolice

66.9% turnout. 191 seats out of 243. One clear message from Bihar: Mandate for Momentum. Mandate for NDA. And amid the historic numbers a breakout story - @iChiragPaswan !! From 1 to 21: Bihar’s rising spark. Exactly as I’ve Always believed he holds the promise of a leader Bihar truly deserves. I am confident that the new government will honour the aspirations of the people and usher in effective governance, inclusive development, and long-term progress for the state. #biharvidhansabhaelection2025 #biharelection2025 #Bihar #BiharPolitics

Dear Prime Minister @narendramodi ji, Judicial reform is the need of the hour - perhaps the most crucial reform our nation requires today. It is unfortunate that this vital area has long been overlooked. A fair, efficient, and time-bound justice system is the foundation of true democracy, and it deserves urgent attention and action.

Illegal Infiltration & Fake Documentation:-A Real Case I Handled Home Minister @AmitShah ji has held that the population of Muslims in India has increased due to illegal infiltration. Let me share a real case I personally handled about 5–6 years ago in Mumbai, one among many that reveal how deep this problem runs. Please do read to understand the rot. 1. The Client’s Request:- One evening after court hours, a Muslim gentleman known to me came to my office. He had given his premises in Govandi, Mumbai, on a leave and license agreement to a family of 6/7 people. Even after the agreement expired, the family refused to vacate. I perused his papers and assured him of appropriate legal action. He then asked if the matter could be resolved sooner than usual. When I explained that such cases typically take little time, he hesitated and what he said next stunned me. 2. The Shocking Revelation :- He quietly said, “Sir, those tenants are not Indians, they are Bangladeshis.” That single sentence changed everything. Two thoughts struck me instantly: 1. Why hadn’t he mentioned this earlier? 2. How did they even get valid Aadhaar and PAN cards as visible in the agreement? 3. The Investigation:- On examining the documents, everything looked perfectly legitimate; Aadhaar, PAN, ration card, even voter ID. We filed RTIs, involved the local police, and began to dig deeper. Gradually, the truth surfaced, the birth certificate forming the basis of all these documents was forged. Using that single forged certificate from 1967, the accused had created a full legal identity for himself and his family, including Aadhaar, PAN, ration card, and voter ID. 4. A Web of Fraud:- It didn’t stop there. The man had used the same method to obtain documents for his wife and children. His son was even married to an Indian Muslim woman, effectively merging into the Indian population. During the investigation, we uncovered an organized network, a full-fledged industry operating to regularize illegal immigrants by manufacturing fake Indian identities that pass every verification test. 5. The Larger Problem:-India’s diversity makes such infiltration even easier. People entering from Bangladesh, Pakistan, Myanmar, or Nepal often resemble locals making visual identification almost impossible. Add to this the corruption that exists from border checkpoints to administrative offices, and you have a perfect ecosystem for illegal population growth. In this very case, we found the involvement of certain officials, and shockingly, even a few lawyers. 6. A Moment That Exposed the Rot:- One of those lawyers, representing the Bangladeshi accused, told my Muslim junior, “How can you do this? This is a matter of religion.” My junior stood firm and warned him of a complaint before the Bar Council. This single moment revealed how some individuals, blinded by religious or political motives, are actively protecting those who illegally enter and settle in India. 7. The Unanswered Question:- This wasn’t the only case, I have come across several similar ones. Despite being aware of this menace for years, successive governments have failed to implement a robust national mechanism to identify and deport such individuals. 8. The Hope:- Now that the Home Minister himself has spoken openly about the issue, one can only hope it translates into real, concrete action. India needs a firm, technology-backed, corruption-proof mechanism to detect and remove non-Indians living here on forged documents. Illegal infiltration is not just a demographic concern, it’s a threat to national integrity, law, and fairness. The time for acknowledgment is over. The time for action has arrived. @AmitShahOffice
