@19bernie @MezoNetwork In practice each wallet has different bugs and conditions for new chains etc etc, so we’ve had to prioritize wallets based on how straightforward their support is, which is time-consuming—and we’ve been heads down shipping this for a few months.

i’m curious how these tools will push young mathematicians and math.
part of the necessary pain in studying math is reflecting painfully on a proof you may never solve but the exercise is good for developing structure and intuition.

We are on the cusp of a profound change in the field of mathematics. Vibe proving is here. Aristotle from @HarmonicMath just proved Erdos Problem #124 in @leanprover, all by itself. This problem has been open for nearly 30 years since conjectured in the paper “Complete sequences of sets of integer powers” in the journal Acta Arithmetica. Boris Alexeev ran this problem using a beta version of Aristotle, recently updated to have stronger reasoning ability and a natural language interface. Mathematical superintelligence is getting closer by the minute, and I’m confident it will change and dramatically accelerate progress in mathematics and all dependent fields.

there's many facets of the sBTC protocol that fascinate me
one of them is the usage of custom taproot deposit addresses
when you peg-in your btc initially, you're actually not sending btc directly to the Signers' multisig address, but rather your sending to a custom created taproot address that has no spendable key to it. instead, its stuffed with two unique tapscripts: one for the Signers and the other for the the depositor.
this is similar to the commit/reveal sequence for inscribing ordinals. but the main purpose, in the context of pegging-in, is that it gives the depositor a permissionless manner in reclaiming the btc back in the rare event they never receive sBTC on Stacks.
