@TheProjectUnity Why the glee at this failing? I don’t get the issue

@TheProjectUnity @JeckelnSS @Smith5775 As a Christian American, The United States is very far from a Christian Nation- thank G*d.
English

No, not really. Because the underlying insinuation there is that every jew is responsible or thinks the same way, which they don't. In fact many orthodox jews are treated extremely poorly by the IDF and many do not recognise the authority of israel.
It's like saying every American in the world is responsible for what their government decides to do.
Or every Christian in the world is responsible for everything America does because it's a christian nation.
Blanket hate is retarded. The world is more nuanced.

Dear Joe,
I wish I could sit down with you face to face and explain why so many of us were offended by the UFC fight on the South Lawn of the White House.
For me, it had nothing to do with the UFC or who showed up for the fights. The brand you and Dana have built is a bona fide American success story. More power to you. As for the fighters, in my book, anyone brave enough to put it all on the line in the arena is remarkable to witness. Their dedication and discipline inspire me. I don’t understand anyone who can’t admire that.
And as for the people who attended, I, for one, love Shane Gillis. I think he’s hilarious and brilliant. It was a show. A once-in-a-lifetime spectacle. I can’t blame anyone for wanting to witness it firsthand.
My problem is that I believe some of our public spaces are sacred. And unlike many of the great powers that came before us, these American monuments belong to all of us. Not to whoever happens to hold power at the moment.
The White House does not belong to Donald Trump. It does not belong to any President. It belongs to the people. To treat it as Caesar treated the Colosseum is antithetical to everything our founding fathers fought for.
This is not Rome. Presidents are not emperors doling out bread and circuses for the peasants. The White House is the People’s House. This “celebration” could have happened in any stadium within a stone’s throw of the South Lawn. No one would have had an issue with it.
But that was obviously Donald Trump’s whole point. By holding the event on the South Lawn, what he was saying to the rest of us is:
“This is my house. I own it. I will do with it what I please. I’ll build a colosseum and have the gladiators fight under my gaze. I’ll tear down the East Wing. I’ll pave over the Rose Garden. I’ll cover everything in gold and marble. I’ll erase the names of all the men who came before me.”
The fights were an exhibition of imperial domination, not a celebration of our 250th anniversary as a democracy.
The White House is not Buckingham Palace. It is not the Palace of Versailles. It is not the Forbidden City of Beijing. It does not belong to an emperor, or a king, or a commissar.
The White House belongs to us. All of us. The person who sits behind the Resolute Desk in the Oval Office is nothing more than an honored guest. A temporary caretaker.
The President is our servant. Not our Caesar.
Respectfully, Hunter
P.S. Cage match between me and Don Jr.? Your call on the venue. Anywhere but the South Lawn.

Hi @patrickbetdavid ,
Last year, you lamented that US companies have shipped their manufacturing abroad, taking advantage of low-cost labor in other countries. This, you suggested, is why we need tariffs.
I happen to know where your shoes are made, as you showed clips of the Tuscan factory in your video. I was surprised to see that you're retailing them for $600. That's a handsome mark-up!
As you may know, many companies offer full-grain leather sneakers made in Tuscany for a fraction of the price. I've attached a screenshot of some from Gustin ($199). These are also made with a stitched-on cup sole, like the ones you're selling. Gustin's prices are uniquely low because of their pre-order business model, which allows them to cut waste. But lots of companies use the same factory as you and charge considerably less than $600.
Curious, why not make the sneakers in the United States? There are many factories still here, such as Opie in North Carolina. They retail their US-made sneakers for $428. Their business model allows third parties to work with them while maintaining a healthy profit margin. Faherty, for instance, made a leather deck shoe with them this season with a stitched-on cup sole. Their retail price is $398 — $30 less than Opie's direct-to-consumer price.
In a 2023 interview with DJ Vlad, you said that you're worth $450 million. That was three years ago, so perhaps you're worth more today. Yet all your merch is made abroad, including in South American countries such as Nicaragua and El Salvador. Even your Tuscan factory is cheaper than a comparable US factory.
On your show, you often lament how greedy executives have screwed American workers, particularly in the manufacturing sector. Would you be interested in moving all of your sneaker production to the United States and charging a fairer price? This will create jobs for US workers and allow consumers to get a fairer value.

Hunter Biden is a distraction, and far too many people fell for it.
He is of the same protected class. This is not democrats vs republicans.
He also married his South African-born wife, Melissa Cohen, after knowing her for just days.
She also appears in an undated photograph alongside an Epstein survivor (Melissa far right.) 🧵

English

@HunterBiden @hpmcd1 Mr Biden some of your posts were pretty tone deaf. As a husband and father I'm struggling to just put food on the table for my family much less also smoke crack in a Super 8 off I95, yet you're over here flaunting it.

@therealryanste @KillaKreww I saw him at the comedy center in the early 2000s. Instead of getting up to do a set he basically just went off about liking trans women. Nothing knew about it.
English

@KillaKreww Norton has to be 55. There's no way he discovered his attraction to trans women and has always been attracted because it's such a new phenomenon. When he was an adolescent there were 10 trans women in the country? He didn't have a life changing experience with them. He's gay.
English

Andrew Schulz confronts Jim Norton about his transgender wife and him showing Theo Von his wife’s d—k 😳💀
Jim explains that trans woman has always been his type since he was young, but he doesn’t consider himself gay, and goes OFF on people hating on him for showing Theo Von his wife’s pics
“All the comments of people like ‘that’s f*cken disgusting,’ I’m like shut the f*ck up, you watch p-rn… You’re not that shocked by a p-nis.”
“I thought the shock was showing n*des of your wife.”

@inDJTwetrust1 @RpsAgainstTrump How tf could slavery be between consenting adults????
English

@RpsAgainstTrump So has slavery & incest. But we outlawed these. No slavery or incest for consenting adults either.
Dumb fuck.
English

@RepNancyMace You should be supporting our President better than this.

@dieworkwear If there is a major gripe about fashion pics ( and i know this is off subject) - is how tall the models are in relation to the general female population.

English

I remember when that Ebola doctor came back from Africa and went to the meatball shop, gutter bar and in Ubers all around New York City in the Obama years…
Neil Stone@DrNeilStone
If you live in DR Congo 🇨🇩, Uganda 🇺🇬, or other countries in the Central /East Africa region , Ebola is a real concern . I doubt it will spread far beyond that region but millions of people live there and I'm concerned for them .

@SirWinston85 @SandyRae11 @harryjsisson @grok He has increased his wealth like 40 fold since taking office. Yes, he donates his salary but he’s also trying to sue the American people for 1.7 billion.
English

@probablylibbyb @SandyRae11 @harryjsisson @grok He was a multi-billionaire long before he ever took office.
Hw literally donates his salary back to the Federal Governemnt.
English

@SirWinston85 @SandyRae11 @harryjsisson @grok He’s only been a multi-billionaire since taking office
English

@SandyRae11 @harryjsisson @grok Yes.
The man is a multi-billionaire.
He doesnt need to sit back behind the resolute desk and day trade for crying out loud.
