So CBI under AMIT shah is trying to open another Farzi case on kejriwal in some PWD thing .....they want to keep kejriwal legally busy ......all opp must together protest this fraud usage of ED , CBI & other agencies for politics

Justice Swarana Kanta Sharma will take up the matter at 2:30 PM. ED’s plea seeking expunging of adverse remarks made against it by the special judge is also listed for hearing today.

So does this mean that without even examining the trial court record, Justice Swarnkanta Sharma stayed the trial court’s order against the CBI investigating officer? What exactly is going on then? And yet they say we shouldn’t call them biased.
