sorry but king has been receiving backlash since launch and law is under extreme fire, especially in season 3.
lars got nerfed this season.
what we’re not going to do is deflect to other characters that have BEEN receiving hate.

@slashingvine I want you to reflect on the fact that you think your main is special when it comes to this. She's not. EVERYONE GETS SHIT. So what we are not gonna do is deflect like crazy and be all "Where's all that for King, Law, Lars etc." It's corny.

@slashingvine It took them 2 years to nerf Bryans incinerator string and he *still* has access to shit like qcb1 and they give new moves and buffs to characters already concidered Top 5. Devs totaly ignore any community input and balance around casual mindsets and appeal, not comp viability

@sxhmikulas Clearly they haven’t seen enough hate because where are the nerfs? I’m fine with nerfs. But let’s not act like Lili is this monster of a character that warrants immediate patch. I’m fine with her getting nerfed, but the others better get nerfed too.

@slashingvine These characters have been getting criticized since their season 2 overtuning, in Law's case since launch. Lili joined the same problem basket but for some reason people only ever seem to catch the hate for their own character while missing/ignoring all other balance discussions

Lili is ridiculous right now, and I think it’s part of the design philosophy too
She has the best movement in the game but also strong offense
She has good mixups BT (all lows -12) and a launching mid, hit confirmable homing move, and a BT low heatsmash
Her flip over wall combo into 5050 with Feisty Rabbit
Good range, CH tools, evasion.
Amazing punishment
Ontop of all that she now has a new mid into BT that forces a situation mixup.
I don’t expect nerfs but thats how a lot of T8 characters feel - if their “identity” was to make plays defensively or evade, why do they have insane pressure and 5050s?

@Fergus_TK No one will ever make me believe d1+2 warranted a follow up removal after f2 also lost the flipover. I think removing df3 option and having guaranteed no flipover f2 would’ve been enough. Should’ve adjusted/nerfed other stuff… Weird choice.

As I think she is a character with clearly defined weaknesses as a Tekken character should be
She could get a few more things toned down
But right NOW I think she got a character defining, changing nerf that no one else got and that it should be applicable across the roster

I feel people are twisting my words and sentiments on S3 Asuka as I've seen it in a few chats already lol, just to clarify
- I dont want buffs for her
- I dont want any nerfs reverted
- I am satisfied with her changes
I just want the power level to match the changes she got

As a Jun lover and player as well, remove this move. SHE DOES NOT NEED THIS. She already has good enough punishment. She’s a poke character, improve her pokes, stop patching WEAKNESSES FFS
