Finally saw Project Hail Mary. The best part was seeing Rocky come to life. Def hard to live up to the book, and I had whiplash a few times due to skipped material or expedited scenes, but that’s how it goes.
Can’t make an 8-hour movie.
Overall, I thought they did an excellent job capturing the heart of the book and I really enjoyed it!
In some ways I wish I hadn’t read it so I could experience the film knowing nothing.

@SD3pete @sseilover New & old guys love Heck. Lots of the fanbase pass his name as someone who can stay. I just want coaches that are going to develop talent. Whoever it is get them on the staff. Heck has done a good job with some players. He has to do a great job with players on this roster

Where does this notion that the Chiefs need to spend premium capital on a RT come from? Arguably no team has spent more resources on its O-line over the past five or so years. They’ve done enough. What’s the logic beyond doing even more — recreating that Roaf-Shields-Waters line at the expense of everything else?

One is directly because of the other. Fix one, it fixes the other. Explosive RBs, coaching, and OL depth fixes it all. That said, you don't find OL depth in the draft, but pickin's are slim in vet FA

@sseilover @bitcloud I mean that the flip over into IR view isn't explained. There's no IR camera, so it must be understood that it's only there for the viewer and that Ryan Gosling is basically just imagining it. Not obvious.

Ppl don't understand this post. Wanting better & complaining about every move are different things. Ppl cried about RB then they signed the Super Bowl MVP & they still complained about RB. Never liking a move the team makes has to be tiresome

@recalltonal @Farzin21 Just FYI... at no point did he say he didn't do it. He said at this time there is no evidence (meaning in public). If that was submitted to court, it has more legs as it would be perjury if false. Social media is not a reputable source, regardless of who posted it.

This isn’t evidence. How do we know where those bruises came from? Same with the pictures she posted? How do we know for sure who caused all that damage. The NFL will never suspend/fine a player unless there is clear proof of what they’re accused of doing.
