I don’t! Most is just noise. I only keep up with things that strengthen my fundamental knowledge, companies/industries that I’m interested in, and anything emerging that seems viable in the long run.

As I volunteer for more orgs, I’m realizing the sheer number of employees that simply don’t feel appreciated.
Coupled with leaders not realizing how far simply acknowledging and appreciating someone’s efforts can go.
People may like their companies to show appreciation in various ways, but if you’re only telling your people what they do wrong, make it a goal to also tell them what you appreciate about what they do.
Can’t think of anything you appreciate about their work? Let them know how they can do better and coach them.

@stack_tracy_ @MileyCyrusBz Miley will always be Miley and I never said she wasn’t talented, but her current career was influenced hugely by Hilary Duff. She’s the reason she wanted to get into singing/acting. Her Dad was the one that helped her to do it.

@stack_tracy_ @MileyCyrusBz Absolutely 😂 without Hilary there would be no Miley. Miley admittedly started her career bc of Hilary and wanted to follow in her footsteps. Hilary was also the blueprint for future Disney alumni transitioning from Disney TV Show to Music career.
