First Cider of the year! From this rebuilt 130+ year old press using period wood from bottom of Otter Lake, Mich. all original metal & some wood. Took me -3 hours to turn 2.5 home grown organic apples from my yard into +4 Gallons of cider. Much easier than my brand-new cider mill. & DELICOUS!

That you actually want about 2% inflation, not zero and certainly not deflation. Deflation is bad.

Under-discussed nuance here. Wealthy families (who can afford private school) actually tend to stay in the city (close-in residential enclaves) to raise their kids. The next tier is effectively forced to move 30-45 minutes away to find a decent school system.

The Iran war is, I think, the first time I genuinely had no idea which outlets to turn to for objective, serious reporting. The Wall Street Journal is probably the only major outlet that seems remotely willing to just tell you what is happening.
