Marc is profoundly wrong, in every dimension of the word wrong.

This @nintendo vcard nonsense is out of control. Went on a travel with my switch and could not even play Youtube because my main device was at home. This is overreaching and both my devices will be sold, or trashed and my dealings with Nintendo are now over, after 30+ years.

I own two Nintendo switch. One was barely getting any use so I tried to use YouTube app on it. But it requires that I bump my switch to my other switch so I can use YouTube. I am travelling and the other one is in another country. Deal breaker #Nintendo #fail

Even though all you have is a hammer (Visual Studio Code), it does not solve all problems, not even close. I really love using C# but I feel the support on Mac is a spit shine, which is a shame. Well, we do have Jetbrains Rider ... if that is what Microsoft wants.

Having the new project solutions is a must. Getting access to some of the extensions available for the Windows Visual Studio. If Microsoft says that AI is writing a lot of actual code for them, they could put their money where their mouth is and have AI make Visual Studio Mac.

Now, Visual Studio Code has come a long way with C# support and everything one takes for granted from the Visual Studio big brother. But I seriously miss Visual Studio for Mac. It is simply much better. Can it be brought back to live? @VisualStudioMac @VisualStudio Please 🥺

@RetroFox8Bit Packard Bell made very good looking PC computers, unfortunately the inside was a total crap of cheap components which you would never find drivers for. I am not joking when I say I wanted this computer, for the box.

Today, at the flea, found this Packard Bell tower on a table. I asked price and lady went into story mode, she had it listed on eBay for $250, didn't want to ship. Hounded me for an offer, finally told me her bottom dollar was $50. Against better judgement, I brought it home...

@Adobe just sent me an email saying they were doubling my subscription fee, which I have had for over a decade. I am not a big user, it was more nice to have than not to. I cancelled right away. You don't just double one's bill. That is pure greed. Bye

Doctors should be very worried. Health insurers are about to do with AI what they already did with nurse practitioners. It will start innocently enough: cheaper “AI-first” plans with $0 copays if you let the algorithm handle your visit. Employers will jump on it to cut premiums. This will be a no-brainer for countries with socialized medicine as well. Within a few years, routine visits like refills, minor complaints, lab follow-ups will begin with an AI system that listens, triages, codes, and prescribes. A human doctor will only step in if something looks complex or risky. That’s exactly how nurse practitioners went from “helping” doctors to replacing them as the front line of primary care. Don't get me wrong, FNP's are great, but the initial "promise" years ago was that they would be physician extenders only. The difference this time? AI doesn’t get tired, doesn’t need supervision, can be instantly updated with new algorithms and bills at a fraction of the cost. For insurers, it’s simple math. For doctors, it’s an existential shift. Would you see the AI doctor for a minor complaint if it cost you nothing?
