~Mental health is health, and for people with disabilities and the wider communities, it must be protected, respected, and treated as essential. ~Too often,mental health needs are delayed,dismissed,and misunderstood ~But when a person lives with disability, the challenges they face such as social stigma, discrimination, inaccessible services, ~The barriers to employment, education, and isolation can directly affect their mental well-being. ~Mental health support should not be an “extra.” It is a human right.
