2 years ago I didn’t think I’d be in this position.. but, well, I’ve written a dissertation! It’s taken many late nights and a crazy amount of meltdowns.. but I’ve done it! Needs proofreading… and hopefully it’s worthy of passing, but still, it’s done 🎓🚑📚

@stuparacharlie Shouldn't but usually said with negative connotations. We do however have staff TOO KEEN to extend their scope of practice before achieving competency let alone mastery of their current skill set. This needs addressing positively. build excellence on mastered basic skills

@easyJet @Gatwick_Airport @loveholidays My son and his 5 friends; saved up, paid for & planned their first ‘grown up’ boys holiday after A-levels. Flight cancelled, very little support from airline or travel agent. 6 x 18 year olds left stranded @ Gatwick. Absolutely disgusting

Watching Scam Interceptors is truly nerve wracking Seeing all those scammers trying to scam innocent and vulnerable people is heartbreaking but watching the team do what they do and try and stop them is unbelievable

@NatashaMDay @TheLeeMcLaren Have you read ‘With The End In Mind’ by Dr Kathryn Mannix? She’s a superb palliative care consultant (see Tedtalks and follow her on Twitter). It’s a book that’s change my practice for sure. Not a text book but absolutely should be read by HCPs who work with EOL patients.
