Thank you, @4n4lisis. I agree with @jackprandelli's analysis. I'm long on record saying Dragon is the ultimate development prize for Venezuela's future. Forget @PDVSA: the chavistas pillaged it and left it an empty shell that could produce little more than laundered narco dollars. Venezuela needs a whole new Hydrocarbons Ministry with proper legal and co-investment frameworks that provide long-term prosperity and stability. It's one of the pillars of the economic recovery plan I and other committed Venezuelans developed in London in 2020.
