We don't see it. In our experience, Claude struggles building software from first-principles resulting in overly complex and expensive to maintain code.
LLMs today can imitate solutions, not derive them.

I tried Claude Code a few days ago, good tool, average results... give it anything more complex and its messing things up.

Yeah, I am a double Harvard-educated American citizen living abroad, and this policy wants me to treat the app like a Japanese language writing course.
There is a snowball's chance in hell that I will begin targeting domestic Japanese affairs and posting primarily in the Japanese language, and X shouldn't want me to do this. I'm an American, and thus an American taxpayer, and I don't even have the right to meddle in Japanese politics.
It's just a clever way for X to slash payments to every last creator, especially those in the Anglosphere, because zero English-speaking creators have an exclusively domestic audience.
And you can't make me believe that X doesn't already know everything about me, and thus that it has no other way to distinguish my account from that of a Nigerian engagement farmer who posts recycled commentary and never participates in meaningful dialogue on the platform.
