Punjab elected Bhagwant Mann, not Kejriwal. This is an insult to Punjab’s mandate. People voted for Punjab-based leadership, not for a leader who does not even contest elections in the state. Is Punjab being governed from Chandigarh or remotely controlled from Delhi? Punjab is not a branch office of any party high command.
