@RNTata2000 @airindia please improve customer care. There is no way to get past ai that keeps repeating same information that was tried and did not help solve problem.

Clearly this company has still far behind in online shopping and customer support.
3 months after my in store order was cancelled, I still have not received refund. Customer service just hung up on me refusing to escalate to corporate.

@airindiain :need to reschedule my mom’s flight from USA to India, I have tried going through cust support but have not been successful. get the flight information after half an hour wait time, then transferred to marketing dept and then my call gets dropped after 1 hr, help.

@GavinNewsom - Can we mandate all grocery stores in california provide online/phone order and trunk loading? Going to stores to by provisions defeats purpose of social distancing.
