@airindiain @Mallika48678803 I have had good experience with all of your agents but the process is flawed, a person should not have to go through 2 wait times in a single call. Please improve process.

@airindiain today I booked a ticket and wanted to reschedule my ticket. I called the customer care more than 20times and there was no resolution they kept saying that I will look into this matter and disconnected call. The agent were really rude.very bad experience.

@airindiain @Mallika48678803 I was in same situation and provided all the details, after waiting a day without any response, I was told to contact customer services, it is not helpful, as your tier 1 agents don’t have authority to reschedule flights and the call gets dropped before reaching the tier 2 agent.

@airindiain :need to reschedule my mom’s flight from USA to India, I have tried going through cust support but have not been successful. get the flight information after half an hour wait time, then transferred to marketing dept and then my call gets dropped after 1 hr, help.
