@EAHelp how can I talk directly to an agent? I have had a case open for a week now and have not heard anything back.

This is for the #EAFC26 pre-order bonuses. The help is non-existent, and I just don't know why you don't have a chat helpline anymore. I feel like I have been in this loop for the whole weekend now.

@EASPORTSFC I have posted on here and also contacted the EA Help about the pre-order bonuses and I have not received any help. I know other people are also dealing with this, but like, what else can I do to get a hold of you guys to fix this?

@FelixismoOo @NepentheZ I ordered literally the day the pre-order went live and I haven't received it either. The problem has to be on EA side of things for pushing it out, at least I hope. Also impossible to live chat with EA services now. So who knows...

@EASPORTSFC is there a delay in giving everyone who pre-ordered #FC26 the icon pack? I ordered that literally day of the game going live for pre-orders and I don't have it. And I can't find anyway to live chat with anyone.

@EASPORTSFC stop making evos where you have to concede less than 1 goal in rush. You're doing nothing to stop the people going AFK in the game mode, & CB running out of position & not rotating ever because they're trying to do your EVOs. Thanks for ruining the game.

@ConnCFC Overall a good learning experience. Fernandez needs to leave, Jackson needs to be a bench/impact sub. Palmer needs to be a CAM, Neto and Dewsburry-Hall had a decent first shout. Colwell needs to be benched. We’ll get better if we get over the obsession of Jackson/Enzo.

The fascination with Enzo Fernandez continues to make zero sense to me, He shouldn’t be our captain, or starting in this side. move Palmer central and play and winger. We could’ve used Madueke today… Lavia and Caicedo in the pivot is all we need they both had great games but up front is just a head scratcher at this point…but overall we looked a lot better

Either that or move Palmer to CAM and Madueke to RW. Anything to get Fernandez and Jackson out, they’re just our downfall man. Jackson can’t score, and Fernandez straight up can’t pass. They half-ass everything they do on the pitch.

@SunsetHightower @DeadbyDaylight Okay folks I've just managed to get cross progression between my xbox and pc versions of dbd that I play through gamepass. It's working fine, you have to sync and link your xbox account then do the same with the Microsoft one. Should work fine. Just follow the video.
