@react_ui_kit Not sure how. I'm 194cm, I need to get reeaaaally low/deep to get my back a bit more up so I can pull more with legs.
Or is there a different way to get there?

@TweetsOfSumit Basically you need to lift in the same time with your legs and lower back.
There are a lot of tutorials out there :)
Have you tried Crossfit? :)
