1 year after quitting my 9-to-5, I’m healthier than I have ever been in my entire life. Just hit 120kg deadlift milestone 💪. I feel better than ever. My routine: - Gym 3x/week, full body w/ 4 exercises - eat 2g protein/kg of bw/day That’s it.

@TweetsOfSumit Bravos!!! I do have a small suggestion: try to lift more with your legs and not with your lower back :)

@react_ui_kit Not sure how. I'm 194cm, I need to get reeaaaally low/deep to get my back a bit more up so I can pull more with legs. Or is there a different way to get there?

@TweetsOfSumit Basically you need to lift in the same time with your legs and lower back. There are a lot of tutorials out there :) Have you tried Crossfit? :)
